Main Object Clause of an entity having business of management consultancy and advisory

To carry on business of management consultants and advisors in India and abroad for all types of fields including but not limited to pecuniary, loan and credit facility, investments, industrial enterprises, wealth management, trade, commerce, insurance, capital and money market, business, legal, labour, real estate, technical, contracts and management collaboration and to act as broker, agent, sole selling agent, direct selling agent and distributor of companies, firms, entities, government authorities, banks, institutions, local bodies for dealing in, selling, purchasing, distributing products and services of all types of fields including but not limited to such fields as mentioned above in this clause.
