1. To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, stockist, agents, distributors and dealers in all kinds of writing and printing inks and paints used for printing on paper, board, polyesters, films, plastics, leather, wooven sacks, alumunium foils and other products used for flexible packaging and to manufacture and deal in all kinds of printing cylinders and materials and other products required for printing packaging and allied purposes.

2. To carry on business of formulators, processors, producers, makers, buyers, sellers, resellers, importers, exporters, distributors, suppliers, fermentators, distillers, refiners, stockists, agents, merchants, developers, consultants and dealers in all types, forms (solid, liquid and gaseous) and of all kinds of inks, resins, chemicals chemical compounds (organic and inorganic) acids, alkalies, tannins, tannin extracts, solvents, dyestuffs, dyes, pigments, additives, colours, chemical, auxiliaries, biochemicals, microcrystalline, bio and colloidal chemicals, chemicals including paints, coating materials, natural and synthetic depolymerised products, polymers and plastic, spray dried products, synthesised coating, spreads, carbon and graphite products industrial and potable alcohol, petrochemicals, medicaments, their raw materials, intermediates, derivatives, suspensions, gels, powders, formulations, down streams, ingredients, and by-products and their related preparations used for flexible packaging. 

Printing and Publishing Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of printing and publishing newspapers, magazines, periodicals etc.

To carry on the business of printers, publishers of daily, weekly, fortnightly monthly, annual, newspapers, magazines, journals, calendar, diaries, panchangam, books, periodicals, souvenirs and other publications, in any language of any frequency, in any format or mode, whether in physical or digital, electronic, and to distribute them directly, in person or through post, couriers, or through agencies, vendors, distributors, stockists, vending machines and other delivery channels, whether physical or electronic and to carry on the business of lithographers, reprographers, envelop and stationery manufacturers.

Printing and Stationary Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Printing and Stationary

1. To carry on business as printers by all processes, which includes letterpress, offset, screen printing and other methods, publishes, stationers, typesetters, book-binders, block makers, engravers and die sinkers and as manufacturers of and dealers in account-books, envelopes, bags, card board boxes, calendars, diaries, visiting, festive, compliment, invitation, wedding and other ceremonial or fancy cards, papers, types and type metal printing ink and other printing accessories.

2. To carry on the business in India, and elsewhere of manufacture of and elsewhere of manufacture of and act as dealers in and importers and exporters of books, printed materials of all kinds, printing machinery and its accessories, paper and board in reels and sheet form.
