1. To carry on the business of manufacturers, buyers, sellers, dealers, exporters, importers, of pilferproof caps, screw caps, R.O.P.P. caps, B.T. caps, tear-down caps, tear-off caps, crown closures and other sorts of bottle caps and closures, all sorts of washers, wads for caps (i.e. cork, foil, board, rubber, P.V.C., synthetic compounds), aluminium sheets, caps, foils, scraps & sheet cuttings, tin sheets, scraps and cuttings, black plates, tin free steel (TFS), PCRC, cork sheets and to deal in and manufacture tin containers, aluminium containers, collapsible tubes and all sort of metallic or non-metallic containers, cans, boxes, drums, cylinders, packaging and receptacles of all kinds and to undertake metal printing, coating, varnishing, printing, designing, enamelling, electro-plating, engraving or otherwise decorating the aforesaid products or any of such products or articles and to act as packers.

Foils Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of foils

1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, trading, importing, exporting of foils of all types such as Leather finishing transfer foils, Hot Stamping foils and printing ink, chemicals of all types, textile transfer foils, pigment foils, paper, laminates, cables, pipes, leather chemicals, plastic printing, paints and allied items.

2. To carry on the business in India or elsewhere the business as manufacturer, processor, importers, exporters, agents, brokers, showroom, owners, retailers, distributors, exchangers, traders, buyers, sellers, job workers, stockiest and market, promote organize, design, develop cut short & grade or otherwise to deal in all shapes, size varieties, specifications, descriptions, applications, modalities fashion and uses of garments of men, women, infant and children including sportswear, active wear, daily wears, fashioners, party wears, wearing apparels, underwear, purses, lingerie’s, mercerized cotton, belts, wallets, and other allied goods made from cotton, silk, synthetic, jute ,velvet, wooden, leather,  or with any combination thereof and to participate in local, national and international trade fairs, sales exhibitions seminars and fashion shows or any other sales promotion scheme.

To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of manufacturing, producing, altering, converting, processing, treating, improving, manipulating, extruding, milling, slitting, cutting, casting, forging, rolling & rerolling of all shapes, sizes, varieties, specifications, dimensions, descriptions and strength of all kinds of ferrous & nonferrous metals, including bars, roads, structures, profiles, pipes, sheets, castings, wires, rolling metals, channels, angles, rolls, ingots, flats, slabs, rounds, squares, hexagons, octagons, foils, joints, deformed bars, their products, by-products and other materials, goods, articles and things made of all grades of ferrous & non-ferrous metals and to act as agent, broker, distributor, stockist, importer, exporter buyer, seller, job worker, convertor, consultant, supplier and vendor.

To carry on the business in cold or hot rolling, re-rolling, slittings, castings, forgings, edge-milling, sheering, stamping, pressing, extruding, metal strips, sheets, foils and to set up foundries, furnaces and continuous casting and rolling mill plant for producing ferrous and non-ferrous materials, iron, steel and iron alloy, steel ingots, billets or re-rolled sections, steel structurals, forged components and accessories for automotive and engineering industry
