Plastic Products Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Plastic, Polymeric products and materials (Avon Moldplast Limited)

1. To  carry  on  the  business  of  buying,  selling  reselling  and trading  of  all  kinds  of  goods  finished,  semi-finished, raw material items, articles, merchandise, products such as agricultural, industrial, chemical or marine, stones, pieces of arts antiques, handicrafts, machinery, equipments, capital goods and any other  items  capable  of  purchasing  selling,  importing,  exporting  and  trading  and  to  be  appointed  as agents and/or distributors or commission, allowance, retainer ship, incentive basis.

2. To  carry  on  the  business  of  exporters  and  importers,  selling  agents,  stockist,  merchants  and manufactures representatives, dealers of all kinds of consumer durable, consumer or industrial goods, garments engineering goods of any description and nature.

3. To  carry  on  the  business  of  Manufactures,  producers,  buyers,  sellers,  importers,  exporters,  dealers, Agents, and distributors of local and foreign Companies in the following areas:

a. Plastic and polymeric materials of all kinds including molded articles like furniture, brief/suitcases etc. Monomers, Processed Semi Finished plastic of all kind, polymeric foams, PET granules of all grades  and  master  Batches  for  plastic,  PVC  Materials  and  other  allied  products  including  the manufacture of bottles and other containers of our of PET, PVC and other materials belonging to the same family, including the processing of secondary grade plastic.

b. RESINS AND COMPONDS, Anti fibrillant Master Batch, Colour Master Batches, Reinforced Plastics, Engineering  Plastics,  Reprocessing  of  Plastics,  Additives  Pigments,  Fillers  and  Chemicals,  of Plastics, Polymeric Materials, Processed Semi Finished Plastic of all kind of allied products.

4. To carry in India or elsewhere the business to manufacture, process, produce formulate, mix, disinfect, clean, wash, dilute, dye, concentrate, compound, segregate, pack, repack, add, remove, heat, grade, design,  develop,  distribute,  display,  melt,  improve  mould  blow,  extrude,  draw,  derive,  discover, fabricate,  treat,  work,  manipulate,  prepare,  promote,  supervise,  supply,  import,  export,  acquire, barter, store, forward, buy, sell, turn, to account market, and to act as agent, broker, representative, concessionaries, consultant, collaborator, franchiser, job worker or otherwise to deal in all varieties, characteristics,  descriptions,  strength,  applications,  colour  and  users  of  plastic  goods  and  materials including lumps, powders, pipes, films, tubes, fibers, laminates granules, sheets, blocks, chips, flakes, bars or other allied goods, articles and things their compounds, by-products, co-products, formulations, intermediaries,  ingredients,  residues,  mixtures  and  blends  made  of  PVC,  nylon,  HDPE, LDPE,  LLPDE, polystyrene, polymers, monomers, elastomers, resins, polysters and other allied chemicals.

5. To  carry  or  in  India  or  elsewhere  the  business  to  manufacture,  produce,  process,  convert, commercialize,  design, develop, display, discover, mould, remould, blow extrude, draw, dye, equip, fitting up,  fabricate,  manipulate,  prepare,  promote,  remodel,  service,  supervise,  supply,  import, export, buy, sell turn to account and to act as agent, broker, concessionaries, consultant, collaborator, consignor,  job-worker,  export  house  or  otherwise  to  deal  in all  shapes,  sizes,    varieties,  colour, capacities,  modalities,  specification,  descriptions  &  applications  of  systems,  novelties,  substitutes, households, kitchenware, sanitary ware, toys, ropes, gift articles, building materials, monofilaments, pipes,  furniture,  baggage’s,  hardware’s,  sheets,  films,  laminations  etc.  used  in  industries,  trade, commerce,  utilities,  hospitals,  transports,  aviation,  defence,  entertainments,  hotels,  house  stores, agriculture, packing, electrical & electronics and other allied fields whether made of plastics, plastics scraps, HDPE, PVC, LDPE, LLPDE, Polymers, co-polymers, monomer, elastomers, resins, polyesters and other allied materials with or without combinations of other ferrous or non-ferrous materials

Packing Material Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Manufacturing Packing Matetrials (For Example: SIROHIA & SONS LIMITED)

1.To carry on the business as hardware merchant, suppliers of stores in all its branches, general order suppliers, chemicals, manufacturers of and dealers in papers including card board, card board boxes, 87 cartons, packing materials, containers, boxes and cases made of paper corrugated sheets, wood or otherwise plastics, building materials, deal in merchandise, commodities and articles of all kinds and description and to undertaking all kinds of agency business and to import and export of every marketable commodity.

2.To carry on the business as manufacturers of and dealers in pulp, papers and straw boards of all kinds, and articles in which pulp, paper of straw-board is used, including card board, mill-board and railway ticket board, oil papers, packing cartons and also of manufacturers and dealers in any materials or substances used in the manufacture or treatment of paper and straw boards or pulp or of such article as aforesaid.

3. To carry on the business of manufacture, export, import, distribute or sell in retail and wholesale pulp, writing and printing paper, specialty papers, all varieties of boards and papers and board products, art paper, newsprint, drawing paper, filter paper, grease paper, insulation paper, craft paper, cheque paper, absorbent paper, decorative laminate paper, coated paper, hard boards, soft boards, particle boards, simplex, duplex and triplex boards.

Chemical Product Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Chemical products 

(For Example: Sharda Cropchem Limited)

1.To carry on the business whether in India or abroad as exporters, importers, buyers, sellers, distributors, stockists, agents and/or suppliers, dealers of all type of chemicals and chemical product, dyes, dyes intermediates, agrochemicals, insecticides, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, limigants, rodenticides, moulding material, plastics, pharmaceuticals, bulk drug, drug intermediate, perfumery chemicals, rubber auxiliaries, agricultures, chemicals, food preservatives, food colours, petrochemicals, synthetic resins, v-belts, conveyor belts, farming agents, lubricants, fertilizers, sachharine, pigments, varnishes, compound oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbonic acid, actyrlene, and any other gases or any compound thereof all type of heavy chemicals such as sulphuric and other acid, caustic soda, soda ash, all type of textile chemicals, photographic chemicals, rubber products, all type of textile goods, all industrial and organic and inorganic chemicals, steel, steel products, steel chains. No money circulating scheme will be carried out by the company.

1.To carry on the business of manufacturers, Traders, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, assemblers, designers, developers and dealers in H.D.P.E and P.V.C. pipes rigid P.V.C. pipes such as uPVC Column Pipes, uPVC Pressure Pipes, uPVC Casing Pipes, uPVC Plumbing Pipes, uPVC Elastomeric Sealing Ring Pipes, uPVC SWR Pipes (Soil, Waste & Rain Water), uPVC Agri Fittings, R.PVC Fittings, uPVC Plumbing Fittings, uPVC SWR Fittings, CPVC Plumbing Pipes, CPVC Plumbing Fittings and drip and sprinkler irrigation systems and agricultural equipments, appliances, accessories and implements made or metal, alloy, glass, synthetic plastic or any other materials.

Hardware Business

1. To carry on the business of manufacture, produce, process, design, buy, sell, import, export or otherwise deal in all kinds of tubes, pipes, pipe fittings, components, accessories and all kinds of hardware items whether made of steel, alloys, stainless steel, P.V.C., plastics, or any other metal (ferrous or non-ferrous) or substance or material, to act as and/or carry on the business of galvanisers, jappaners, re-rollers, annealors, enamellers, electroplaters and to manufacture, produce, process, design, repair, convert, buy, sell, import, export, or otherwise deal in such products, their bye-products and commodities, raw-materials, stores, packing materials, tools, plant machineries whether in India or abroad either on its own account or on account of its constituents and either solely and to take over and acquire any running business of such kind.

2.To carry on the business of To set up steel furnaces and continuous casting and hot and cold rolling mill plants or producing ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloy steels, steel ingots and billets and all kind and all size of iron and steel rerolled sections, i.e. flats, angles, rounds, square, rails, joists, channels, slabs, strips, sheets, plates, and cold twisted bars and shoftings and to carry on business as manufacturers, processors, rollers, refiners, smelters, converters, producers, exporters, importers, buyers, sellers and dealers of such products, forging and casting of steel stainless and special steel, alloys and ferrous and non-ferrous metals, auto parts, tools and implements, dies, jigs, cost iron and steel and tabular structural.

Cabinets, Computer parts plastic furniture vacuum flasks

To carry on the business of manufacturers of, dealers in, sellers, purchasers, contractors, importers, exporters, and suppliers of polythene, polyproplene, ABS, nylon, polystyrene, pur, pet, P.V.C. polyster strips, plastic powder and such other articles required to manufacture profile plastic, P.V.C. pipe, moulded household articles, tubing, films, rolls.
