Plastic Products Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Plastic, Polymeric products and materials (Avon Moldplast Limited)

1. To  carry  on  the  business  of  buying,  selling  reselling  and trading  of  all  kinds  of  goods  finished,  semi-finished, raw material items, articles, merchandise, products such as agricultural, industrial, chemical or marine, stones, pieces of arts antiques, handicrafts, machinery, equipments, capital goods and any other  items  capable  of  purchasing  selling,  importing,  exporting  and  trading  and  to  be  appointed  as agents and/or distributors or commission, allowance, retainer ship, incentive basis.

2. To  carry  on  the  business  of  exporters  and  importers,  selling  agents,  stockist,  merchants  and manufactures representatives, dealers of all kinds of consumer durable, consumer or industrial goods, garments engineering goods of any description and nature.

3. To  carry  on  the  business  of  Manufactures,  producers,  buyers,  sellers,  importers,  exporters,  dealers, Agents, and distributors of local and foreign Companies in the following areas:

a. Plastic and polymeric materials of all kinds including molded articles like furniture, brief/suitcases etc. Monomers, Processed Semi Finished plastic of all kind, polymeric foams, PET granules of all grades  and  master  Batches  for  plastic,  PVC  Materials  and  other  allied  products  including  the manufacture of bottles and other containers of our of PET, PVC and other materials belonging to the same family, including the processing of secondary grade plastic.

b. RESINS AND COMPONDS, Anti fibrillant Master Batch, Colour Master Batches, Reinforced Plastics, Engineering  Plastics,  Reprocessing  of  Plastics,  Additives  Pigments,  Fillers  and  Chemicals,  of Plastics, Polymeric Materials, Processed Semi Finished Plastic of all kind of allied products.

4. To carry in India or elsewhere the business to manufacture, process, produce formulate, mix, disinfect, clean, wash, dilute, dye, concentrate, compound, segregate, pack, repack, add, remove, heat, grade, design,  develop,  distribute,  display,  melt,  improve  mould  blow,  extrude,  draw,  derive,  discover, fabricate,  treat,  work,  manipulate,  prepare,  promote,  supervise,  supply,  import,  export,  acquire, barter, store, forward, buy, sell, turn, to account market, and to act as agent, broker, representative, concessionaries, consultant, collaborator, franchiser, job worker or otherwise to deal in all varieties, characteristics,  descriptions,  strength,  applications,  colour  and  users  of  plastic  goods  and  materials including lumps, powders, pipes, films, tubes, fibers, laminates granules, sheets, blocks, chips, flakes, bars or other allied goods, articles and things their compounds, by-products, co-products, formulations, intermediaries,  ingredients,  residues,  mixtures  and  blends  made  of  PVC,  nylon,  HDPE, LDPE,  LLPDE, polystyrene, polymers, monomers, elastomers, resins, polysters and other allied chemicals.

5. To  carry  or  in  India  or  elsewhere  the  business  to  manufacture,  produce,  process,  convert, commercialize,  design, develop, display, discover, mould, remould, blow extrude, draw, dye, equip, fitting up,  fabricate,  manipulate,  prepare,  promote,  remodel,  service,  supervise,  supply,  import, export, buy, sell turn to account and to act as agent, broker, concessionaries, consultant, collaborator, consignor,  job-worker,  export  house  or  otherwise  to  deal  in all  shapes,  sizes,    varieties,  colour, capacities,  modalities,  specification,  descriptions  &  applications  of  systems,  novelties,  substitutes, households, kitchenware, sanitary ware, toys, ropes, gift articles, building materials, monofilaments, pipes,  furniture,  baggage’s,  hardware’s,  sheets,  films,  laminations  etc.  used  in  industries,  trade, commerce,  utilities,  hospitals,  transports,  aviation,  defence,  entertainments,  hotels,  house  stores, agriculture, packing, electrical & electronics and other allied fields whether made of plastics, plastics scraps, HDPE, PVC, LDPE, LLPDE, Polymers, co-polymers, monomer, elastomers, resins, polyesters and other allied materials with or without combinations of other ferrous or non-ferrous materials

Non-Alcoholic Beverages Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Non-alcoholic beverages products

To carry on the business to manufacture, process, buy, sell, import, export, develop, market, supply and to act as agent, distributor, stockiest, wholesalers, dealers, retailer or marketers or otherwise to deal in all types, tastes, uses, descriptions and packs of agriculture items, consumer products, including packed foods, foods ingredients, powders, pastes, beverages, juices, jams, jelly, squashes, pickles, sausages, edible oil flavored drinks, health and diet drinks, extruded foods, frozen foods, dehydrated foods, fast foods, cream, cheese, butter, biscuits, breads, cakes, chocolate, fruit juice, mineral water, carbonated products, fruit and vegetable pulp, breakfast foods, herbal products and all items related to foods, nutrition, medicinal purpose.

Breweries and Distilleries Business

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Breweries and Distilleries e.g. United Breweries

1. To carry on the business of distillers, Brewers and Maltsters in all its branches.

2. To carry on the business as manufacturers, dealers, agents, Importers and exporters of spirits, denatured spirits, alcohol including potable, power and Industrial alcohols, rectified spirits, alcohols, extra neutral alcohols, Indian made foreign liquors, beer, wine and other beverages including aerated and mineral waters and other drinks.

3. To carry on the business as manufacturers, dealers, agents, importers and exporters of all organic and inorganic chemicals, derived from molases, cane sugar, tapioca or other carbohydrate bearing roots or from alcohol or from starch bearing materials, like ethyle alcohol, Acetic acid, Acetates, benzenes, glycolos of ethylene and other deriveaties there from.

4. To carry on the business as manufacturers, dealers, agents, importers and exporters of all kinds of fermenting agents, enzymes, corks, bottle, stoppers, bottle fillers, used in manufacturing, packing and filling spirits, alcohols, wines, and other items of brewery and distillery Industry and chemicals and their derevitives manufactured from such item. 

5. To carry on the business as dealers, agents, importers and exporters of all kinds of plant, machinery, accessories, components used in brewing, distillery and allied chemical industries  

Acrylics Products Business

To carry on business as manufacturers, producers, processors, refiners, makers, inventors, converters, importers, exporters, traders, buyers, sellers, retailers, wholesalers, suppliers, packers, movers, preservers, stockists, agents, sub-agents, merchants, distributors, consignors, jobbers, brokers, concessionaires or otherwise deal in all kinds of Acrylic fibre, Acrylic tow, Acrylic top and all types of products made of Acrylic.

Oil Refinery Business

1. To carry on the business to establish, erect, run, own, manage and operate refinery and to do business of blending, refining and processing of crude edible oil into edible oil,and to produce edible oil
2. To carry on the business of manufacturer, exporter, importer, supplier, buying, selling and marketing of all kinds of refined edible oil and other oils

Export House Business

1. To carry on business as importer, exporter, trader, agent, broker, C&F agent, shipper, commission agent, distributor, representative, franchiser, collaborator, stockist, job worker and to act as import and export house to perform all the functions and undertake all activities connected therewith including obtaining and dealing in licenses, quotas, certificates and other rights.
2. To carry on business of rendering consultancy, advisory and liasioning services in respect of matters related to objects mentioned in sub clauses (1) above to any company, corporation, body corporate, industry, firm, association, body of individuals, institution, concern, government, public or local authority, trust, research and development centres or any other person.

Trading Business

To carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, processing, importing, exporting and trading of all kinds of goods finished, semi-finished, raw material items, articles, merchandise, products such as agricultural, industrial, chemical or marine, pieces of arts, antiques, handicrafts, machinery, equipment’s, capital goods and any other item capable of purchasing, processing, selling, importing, exporting and trading and to be appointed as agents and / or distributors on commission, allowance, retainer ship, incentive basis.
